Cancellations only accepted if we are notified before item is shipped out. Refunds or returns are accepted, minus shipping costs, which will be paid by buyer. Any defective items will be replaced. Please contact us with any questions – we are happy to help!

Shipping/Delivery

All items are shipped out within 3 business days. For Jumbo Puzzles shipping varies and costs will be calculated after purchase to ensure the best rates. We sell our products mainly within the United States of America. For our out of country sales, shipping cost will be calculated and notified prior to package being shipped.
