How do I keep my dinosaur puzzles organized?

We recommend keeping the ziplock bag they come in so that you can disassemble and store your dinosaurs anytime. If you buy several dinosaurs, we recommend marking each piece with a color. For example, mark all your T-Rex pieces with blue, and all your Stegosaurus pieces with orange. That way you can always tell which piece belongs where!

How do you make your dinosaurs?

We use a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine to cut large panels of wood to the shape we need. The CNC machine takes a design or pattern from a computer and uses a machine-controlled router to cut the wood. It can form shapes, engrave patterns, and even create these puzzles!

What kind of wood do you use?

We use Medium-density fiberboard (MDF) for our puzzles. MDF is a strong and durable wood product made from taking wood particles and mixing it with resin under high pressure. MDF is strong and smooth, but does not hold up well to water, so keep your puzzles inside!

Can I decorate my dinosaur?

Yes! Our puzzles are all paintable, using spray paint, finger paint, or even magic markers. We recommend painting them with a thin light coat so that the puzzle still fits together (too much paint will make the pieces bulky and not fit properly). You should disassemble your puzzle before painting if you plan on taking it apart and building it again. If you want to keep your puzzle together permanently for display, you can paint it while it is assembled and the paint will act as a glue to keep the pieces in place!

I don’t see my favorite species of dinosaur – will you have it soon?

Maybe! Feel free to email us with any species you would like us to add to our line-up, and we might just be able to make your wish come true!
